Designing for Europe’s leading train and coach web and app.

Since joining Trainline in 2021, I’ve worked as a Senior Product Designer across complex B2B and high-scale B2C products, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research.

My primary role here has been leading Product Design for Trainline Business, where I’ve owned large problem spaces end to end: from discovery and strategy to interaction design and delivery. This includes designing a new business platform from the ground up, defining design direction, and shipping scalable solutions across web, iOS, and Android for both Admins and Travellers.

For a year I also worked within the B2C app Search squad, contributing with several features to improvements in one of Trainline’s most critical customer journeys.
